We begin with a short, breath-centered yoga practice that helps you set and deepen your intention for your healing journey. We softly open the body and calm the mind to connect to our inner life.

In the shamanic trance dance we go on a powerful inner journey of self-discovery. We will explore ourselves in a safe and sacred space where we are held and supported, enabling us to connect to our body, our spirit, and our essence.
