Get started by reading the preparations, tips and contraindications below before diving into your audio practice.
Preparations & Tips

Prepare a peaceful space where you can lie down comfortably and are completely undisturbed.

Light a candle, smudge yourself and your space with white sage or palo santo to cleanse the energy.

Wear comfortable clothes so you feel completely at ease.
-
I recommend you to do the session with headphones or a good speaker to optimize soundquality.
-
Have a pen, journal, eye mask, and a blanket ready.
-
Don't do this practice with a full stomach.
-
Physical changes, like tingles, cramping, body twitching, or even light pain are completely normal.
-
Let any emotions come out freely. Cry if you need to cry!

Take time to integrate and rest after the practice.

Don't Do This Practice If You Have One of the Following Contraindications:

Epilepsy and other seizure disorders

Advanced pregnancy
-
Detached retina
-
Glaucoma
-
High blood pressure that is not controlled with medication

Cardiovascular disease, including but not limited to a previous heart attack

Aneurysms in the immediate family

Strokes, seizures, or other brain/neurological disorders
-
Psychosis or other serious mental disorders
